Advise customers/users on workflow designDevelopment effort includes (but not limited to) enhancements, customized portal webpages, portal consolidation, automated workflow solutions, advanced scripting of business rules, UI policies, client scripts, 3rd party software integrations, bi-directional API-based solutions etc.Lead administration of ServiceNow instances (environment sync, upgrades, quarterly patches etc.)Assist in defining service management strategy for the enterpriseRequired Skills:5+yrs work experience in ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management.5+yrs working as Developer with ITSM5+yrs UI Development5+yrs ITSM Tool-Remedy/Service NowThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
