Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN$45–$50/hour Greenville, SCPosition SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to help residents regain mobility, improve function, and maximize independence.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and clinical needsProvide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independenceMonitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriateCommunicate regularly with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment goals and outcomesComplete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, federal, and payer requirementsParticipate in care plan meetings, rehabilitation conferences, and discharge planning activitiesEducate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, safety techniques, and home exercise programsConduct in-service education and training for facility staff as neededEnsure compliance with all state practice acts, facility policies, and regulatory requirementsPromote resident safety, independence, and quality of lifeSupervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), therapy aides, and students in accordance with state regulations and facility policiesQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Physical Therapy requiredMaster's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferredExperience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferredExperience with Casamba and PointClickCare (PCC) preferredStrong clinical, communication, and documentation skillsLicenses & CertificationsCurrent Physical Therapist license in South Carolina and in good standingMust maintain all required continuing education requirementsMust remain in good standing with the applicable State BoardWhat Makes You a Great FitPassion for helping residents regain mobility and independenceStrong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and resident-focusedTeam-oriented and collaborativeCommitted to delivering exceptional therapy outcomesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
