Job Description

Haddad Subaru of St. Albans is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our team in St. Albans, VT. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and professional finance and insurance process for our customers, driving profitability, and maintaining compliance with all industry regulations. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong understanding of automotive finance products, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage all finance and insurance product sales, including vehicle protection plans, extended warranties, and financing options.
Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimize overall dealership performance and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes impacting automotive finance and insurance.
Train and develop dealership staff on F&I processes and compliance standards as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance regulations in the automotive sector.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company requirements for licensing as necessary.
