Haddad Subaru of St. Albans is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our team in St. Albans, VT. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and professional finance and insurance process for our customers, driving profitability, and maintaining compliance with all industry regulations. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong understanding of automotive finance products, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Manage all finance and insurance product sales, including vehicle protection plans, extended warranties, and financing options.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimize overall dealership performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes impacting automotive finance and insurance.
- Train and develop dealership staff on F&I processes and compliance standards as needed.
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance regulations in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company requirements for licensing as necessary.
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
