Join Allied Universal as a Residential Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents with exceptional customer service and communication. In this community location, you will complete routine patrols, respond to concerns, and contribute to a caring, reliable, and team-oriented environment built on integrity and innovation. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.59 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM Sunday: 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with entry procedures, and document security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations. Support a welcoming residential location by communicating professionally with residents and management while helping to address security-related questions and concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
