We are seeking talented, passionate culinary professionals to join our Back of House team as Line Cooks and Prep Cooks. Our ideal candidates take a total ownership approach to their station—bringing energy, precision, and pride to every shift. We’re building a team that delivers exceptional food quality while maintaining a clean, collaborative, and high-energy kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Preferred 3+ years of experience in a high-volume NYC restaurant dining environment.
Technical Skills: Strong knife skills, precise execution of recipes, and ability to maintain station prep and cleanliness.
Speed & Stamina: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Safety First: Solid understanding of NYC food safety regulations, sanitation, and allergy awareness (Food Handler’s Certification is a big plus).
Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluent in English.
