Desktop Support Technician

Seeking 2 hands-on IT professionals to support a large-scale desktop refresh and deployment project. This role will focus on preparing, installing, replacing, and refreshing Windows-based devices throughout the facility. Responsibilities: Unbox, stage, and prepare incoming desktops, monitors, and other IT equipment Move and relocate new and existing equipment throughout the facility Image and configure Windows machines for deployment Install and replace desktops and monitors at user workstations Perform PC refreshes and ensure equipment is properly configured Confirm end-user functionality following equipment replacement Decommission retired equipment, including removal of hard drives Prepare retired equipment for proper e-waste disposal Assist with a high-volume technology deployment project targeting approximately 300 machines by year-end Qualifications: Previous experience with Windows imaging and PC deployment Hands-on experience imaging and performing basic configuration of Windows machines Experience with any Windows imaging/deployment software is acceptable Desktop support, hardware deployment, or PC refresh experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a hands-on environment Ability to move and handle computer equipment as needed *****All relevant immunizations require required for on boarding or prior to start.*** #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
