**Primary Job Responsibilities**
• Process payroll through Paychex
• Administer benefits and manage employee relations
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain HRIS systems
• Support new hire onboarding and offboarding
• Manage employee records and policy administration
• Administer leave and workers' compensation
• Provide performance management and recruiting support

Requirements

**Qualifications** • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience processing payroll through Paychex
• Proficiency in benefits administration and employee relations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a corporate/professional office environment preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
