Responsibilities Assist in collection and analysis of data from various sources to create detailed process maps and diagrams, identifying automation opportunities and enhancing cross‑functional process interactions. Facilitate benchmarking studies by collaborating with stakeholders to compare the client’s process performance against industry standards. Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements. Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products, synthesizing insights to address inefficiencies and provide detailed analyses of features and costs to guide decision‑making. Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post‑implementation. Your contribution to the team A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimization. A knack for creating detailed process maps and technical documentation. Proactive approach to conducting benchmarking studies and product research. Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Effective collaboration and communication abilities with cross‑functional teams. Required Skills and Experience Experience in Microservices Experience in Java Preferred Skills and Experience Good Communication Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
