What Success Looks Like

• In the first 90 days, you have mapped the highest-priority growth opportunities in front of Arcadia, built relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team, and built the business case for at least one priority initiative.
• In year one, you have taken two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction—whether new verticals, partnerships, or products—contributed measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates, and become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Launch New Growth Initiatives
  • Partner across the Commercial, Value Enablement, and Product teams to identify and pursue new paths to growth.
  • Identify and size new growth opportunities by understanding the market, competitive position, and leveraging Arcadia's assets and talent.
  • Build the business case for each opportunity: market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks.
  • Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and other domain SMEs to shape the specifics of each initiative.
  • Build the GTM positioning and competitive differentiation for each initiative.
  • Translate the business case into a tactical execution plan and drive that plan forward.
  • Define success criteria for each initiative and track progress against commitments.
• Strengthen GTM Motion
  • Build and refresh competitive intelligence in target markets.
  • Collaborate with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting to improve discovery-to-proposal velocity.
  • Partner with Actuary to sharpen financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings and manage project tracking for strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Bring commercial progress, risks, and decisions needing executive input into board and executive committee conversations.
• Executive Team Support
  • Drive the Executive Committee Operating Rhythm.
  • Partner on board meeting preparation, ensuring materials reflect a coherent narrative.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and executives.
  • Proactively surface where executive-level initiatives are stalling.
  • Take on special projects with the executive team as they arise.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role.
• Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape.
• Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context.
• Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator.
• Comfort working in ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred

• Experience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations.
• Familiarity with buyer segments beyond traditional payer and provider markets.
• Prior experience as a chief of staff, or in a strategy-and-operations role.

• $180,000 - $220,000 a year.
• This role is also bonus eligible.
