Graphic Designer (Manager Level)

About the job Graphic Designer (Manager Level) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and mentor the graphic design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. Manage the end-to-end design process, from initial concept development to final delivery. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to support business goals through innovative design solutions. Ensure all design assets maintain a high standard of quality and visual appeal across digital and print platforms. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep company's visual identity competitive and fresh. Develop and implement processes to streamline design workflows and improve efficiency. Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. Proven experience leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr DHD Consulting
