Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Help protect customers from the risks of everyday life, and recover when bad things happen. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
