Ensures alignment between program objectives and business unit strategy while driving program execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements Key Deliverables of the Position Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with strategic business priorities. Manage program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Develop program governance frameworks and reporting structures. Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues. Coordinate cross-organizational teams to deliver program outcomes. Provide executive reporting and performance metrics. Mentor project managers and program management staff. Improve program governance frameworks and operational standards.
