Join our Team as an ATV Tour Guide in beautiful Polk City, FL! This exciting role invites adventurous individuals to share their passion for outdoor exploration while leading thrilling ATV tours through scenic landscapes. Responsibilities:
- Lead guided ATV tours, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.
- Educate participants on ATV operation and safety protocols.
- Provide engaging commentary about local flora, fauna, and history.
- Maintain and inspect ATVs for optimal performance.
- Assist in promoting and selling additional tour packages.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun and memorable experience.
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ATV certification.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Passion for adventure and the outdoors.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle ATVs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude towards guests.
