勤務地 Chino, California 業界 Manufacturing 職種 Accounting 給与 $65K-90K 雇用形態 / 勤務形態 Full Time Permanent, On-site Position Accountant Summary A Japanese-owned parts manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting. Essential Duties Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts. Manage the general ledger and prepare journal entries. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Monitor company expenses and maintain supporting documentation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budgeting and cash flow management. Prepare financial documents for audits. Assist with tax filings, payments, and regulatory compliance. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations. Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly. Support year-end closing activities and work with external accountants as needed. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Working Hours, Working style Monday-Friday 9:00 AM~5:00 PM Full-time Working Location Chino, CA Salary, Benefit $65K~$90K Holidays Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Additional accounting or bookkeeping certifications/CPE courses are a plus. Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping principles. Experience with ERP/accounting software (such as Sage, or similar). Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information. Preferred Skills Knowledge of sales and use tax regulations. Experience preparing financial statements. Ability to identify errors and recommend process improvements. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
