What You’ll Do As our Vice President of Finance and Administration, you’ll be the heartbeat of our financial and operational success. You’ll lead with vision, overseeing all finance and administrative duties as well as heavy involvement in operational processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Financial Leadership: Direct all accounting and finance functions—think budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance—ensuring our numbers tell a story of growth and stability. Operational Excellence: Oversee and help guide operations, establishing rock-solid controls and streamlining processes to keep us running like a well‑oiled machine. Tech Transformation: Lead the charge in upgrading complex legacy software systems, bringing fresh, efficient solutions to our financial and operating frameworks. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, or similar leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a bonus!). Deep knowledge of financial systems, risk management, and operational controls, with a strong drive to establish and monitor them. Hands‑on expertise in upgrading legacy software systems—turning complexity into simplicity is your super‑power. A natural mentor who thrives on working with others, building teams, and sharing wisdom. A strategic thinker with the ability to streamline financial and operating systems while implementing effective controls.
