Job Description

IGL4US is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts and help ensure a smooth, professional service experience.

In this position, you will serve as an important connection between clients and internal teams, helping coordinate requests, maintain account information, track service activity, and ensure that communication remains clear and timely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and requests for assigned client accounts.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding service-related questions and updates.
• Maintain accurate client and account information.
• Track service requests, deadlines, updates, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
• Assist with account documentation, reports, and administrative processes.
• Identify outstanding items and follow up to support timely resolution.
• Help maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
