Account Coordinator

Job Description Position SummaryOur client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Coordinator tosupport Freight Brokers with the day-to-day management of freight operations whiledelivering exceptional service to customers and carrier partners.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strongattention to detail, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities while supportingrevenue-generating brokerage activities.Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational support for Freight Brokers and assigned customeraccounts. Assist with load creation, data entry, and maintenance of accurate shipment informationwithin the TMS and brokerage systems. Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, pickup and delivery updates,and service-related inquiries. Track and monitor freight movements to ensure on-time performance. Coordinate appointment scheduling, paperwork collection, and shipmentdocumentation. Assist brokers with carrier onboarding and compliance documentation. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer requests in a professional andtimely manner. Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, customer service, or relatedfield preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
