Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Harmony Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, providing support both collectively and individually.

• Addressing a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and family dynamics.

• Regularly documenting client progress and treatment outcomes to ensure high standards of clinical excellence.

• Participating in continuous training and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass a diverse range of client demographics. You will have the privilege of working with adults, children, and adolescents, addressing intricacies such as blended family dynamics, communication difficulties, job stress, and psychological issues affecting mental health.
