We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rehabilitation team in San Angelo, Texas. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for our LCSW team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and strengths, ensuring tailored treatment planning.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions that foster positive mental health outcomes, including solution-based therapies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, documenting client progress and treatment efficacy.
• Work closely with a dedicated team of educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and interventions.
• Participate in professional development and stay current with evolving practices and research in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW within our rehabilitation center, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. Your compassionate approach and clinical expertise will serve to empower clients as they navigate their personal journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a background in working within school systems or rehabilitation settings will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
