Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students and their families using telehealth platforms, ensuring a complete understanding of their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans, integrating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored for remote delivery.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and professional standards, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in collaborative treatment efforts with the interdisciplinary team, including educators and school counselors, through virtual consultations and follow-ups.
• Participate in ongoing peer reviews and case consultations to enhance the quality of care provided, utilizing modern video conferencing tools.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues, creating accessible pathways for them to seek help and support.
• Stay informed on industry developments and research advancements through virtual trainings and webinars, applying newfound knowledge to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your compassionate approach and expertise will help empower students and their families to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, focusing on psychotherapy service delivery.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with the ability to adapt them to remote settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build trust and rapport with clients through virtual platforms.

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
