Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility to work from home, while staying closely connected with the school community through virtual platforms. You will engage with school staff, students, and their families primarily through teletherapy sessions, ensuring that you can provide services safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators and caregivers to identify and address the mental health needs of students.
• Develop, implement, and refine individualized care plans tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families regarding mental health, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with evolving therapeutic practices and models.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record systems.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for enhancing client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on the student population within the school setting, addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. You will have the chance to impact the lives of diverse students, enhancing their emotional resilience and aiding in their academic success. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will empower students to overcome obstacles and thrive in their educational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in Nevada.
• Proficient in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions tailored for youth.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to engage effectively with students and families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social work, ideally within a school or youth-focused environment.
• Experience working with children and adolescents who exhibit behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
