Position Overview

The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists with organizing community events, promotional activities, and event logistics. This role provides excellent hands-on experience in event coordination and customer engagement.

• Assist with planning and coordinating community events
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown
• Coordinate event materials and supplies
• Welcome attendees and provide general information about the company
• Help maintain organized event records and inventory
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events
• Previous event or customer service experience is a plus but not required

• In-person position at office and event locations
