This person will be responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight of one of the group homes in Staatsburg, NY within our Residential Services program for adults with I/DD. Responsibilities Implement our core values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty and Diversity. Coordinate the team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring all aspects of a person’s life are managed within an OPWDD certified group home. Mentor, teach, and guide staff and residents. Create, monitor, and evaluate meaningful plans that provide residents with opportunities to grow and develop to their highest potential. Exercise solid problem‑solving and analytical skills. Work a Sunday‑Thursday schedule with day and evening hours and occasional on‑call duties. Flexible availability is required. Qualifications While a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred, relevant supervisory experience and demonstrated competence in independently leading/supervising staff will be considered as an alternative. Experience working in an OPWDD setting is preferred.
