You will play a key role in creating a seamless and positive patient experience through efficient scheduling, accurate insurance verification, and proactive claims management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner 
• Manage daily front desk operations with efficiency and attention to detail 
• Answer incoming calls courteously and respond to patient inquiries 
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility 
• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims 
• Collect payments and handle billing communications 
• Maintain a well-organized, patient-focused office environment

Qualifications

• Dentrix experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor 
• Proven experience with dental insurance verification and payments. 
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail 
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 
• Prior dental front desk or office management experience required
