Procurement Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join a fast-growing team in the underground construction space. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in keeping critical projects running smoothly. Doing everything from coordinating large-scale material orders (including fiber) to ensuring purchase orders and budgets stay on track. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience Must-Haves: 1–5 years of experience in project coordination or logistics Construction industry background (underground preferred, open to above-ground) Highly organized with strong multitasking skills Strong communicator (phone, email, and cross-functional collaboration) Detail-oriented with experience reviewing quotes, budgets, or financials Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt in real-time Comfortable working in a hybrid role (admin-heavy with some warehouse exposure) Experience working with Oracle Fusion or other purchasing/ERP system experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience Plusses: Finance/accounting exposure (budgets, cost tracking, POs) Power/telecom experience (fiber knowledge is a plus) Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one Day-to-Day: Coordinate and track material orders for large-scale construction projects Manage purchase orders and financial documentation within internal systems Maintain and update spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking and reporting Support logistics between field teams, vendors, and warehouse operations Answer inbound calls and handle day-to-day requests/issues Assist with warehouse coordination (inventory, shipments, materials flow) Review quotes and ensure alignment with project budgets Communicate across teams and time zones to ensure project efficiency Identify issues quickly and proactively work toward solutions Collaborate closely with a highly communicative team #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
