STAAR Surgical seeks a Complaint Handling Specialist to consolidate, process, investigate and report product complaints in a regulated environment. The role coordinates evaluation with physicians, regulatory, quality, and medical affairs to ensure timely reporting and compliant documentation. The position requires 1 year ophthalmic experience and 3 years in FDA-regulated industry, with familiarity of CFRs, ISO 13485, MDD/MDR, and MDSAP.
