ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the nonprofit sector supporting veterans, an experience that strengthened my passion for serving others and making a difference. I was born in Hawaii and am proud to be the first person in my family to earn a college degree.

Giving back continues to be an important part of who we are. Our agency supports the Boys & Girls Club and local food pantry, and we frequently volunteer at a nearby elementary school. We enjoy staying connected and finding meaningful ways to support the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lily Hoa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
