Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. The schedule includes partial onsite support at a client location and is structured as follows:
- Monday through Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- The majority of the workday will be spent in the office.
- From 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., the recruiter will provide onsite coverage and support at the client location.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in the office.
Please note that this is a partially onsite position. The recruiter will spend most of their time working from the office, with limited onsite responsibilities to support client needs. Previous onsite staffing experience is not required; however, a minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience is preferred. Flexibility is required to meet client and business needs while maintaining a 40-hour workweek.
Position Summary
The Staffing Recruiter serves as the primary liaison between temporary associates, customers, and internal recruiting team members to successfully fill staffing needs for assigned clients. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, pre-screening, and coordinating job placements while ensuring exceptional customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees daily recruiting activities and supports the ongoing success of client accounts.
Scope
Provide comprehensive recruiting and customer service support to assigned clients and temporary associates. Perform all functions related to order fulfillment, candidate recruitment, job posting management, customer communication, reporting, and workforce coordination. Collaborate with team members to meet hiring objectives while contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer staffing requests by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates.
- Conduct arrival calls, check-ins, and ongoing follow-up activities to ensure successful placements and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily with recruiting team members to prioritize job orders and provide updates on active requisitions.
- Partner with management and internal teams to address special customer requests and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate job order and assignment information within the ATS, including pay rates, markups, workers’ compensation codes, job details, and assignment dates.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving customers and temporary associates within established guidelines; escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports to management, customers, and internal stakeholders as assigned.
- Document recruiting activity, candidate interactions, and customer communications within the ATS.
- Participate in scheduled team meetings and other meetings as required by management or customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to temporary associates assigned to customer locations.
- Communicate with customer contacts regarding associate performance, attendance, coaching opportunities, and workplace concerns.
- Support and direct branch service staff as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience required; staffing, light industrial, clerical, or high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and correspondence.
- Ability to prepare routine reports, emails, and candidate-related documentation.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in both individual and group settings.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentages, ratios, and rate calculations.
Reasoning Skills
- Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve customer, associate, and team-related issues.
- Ability to anticipate staffing needs and proactively develop recruiting strategies to support customer requirements.
Self-Management Skills
- Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- Maintains high levels of customer and candidate engagement.
- Exercises sound judgment, empathy, tact, and discretion in handling sensitive situations.
