Tenant Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Tenant Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located in New Hyde Park, NY.
Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from tenants regarding maintenance requests, emergencies, and property-related concerns.
• Create, update, and track service tickets and work orders within the property management system.
• Prioritize maintenance requests based on urgency and coordinate responses with maintenance teams and outside vendors.
• Communicate with tenants regarding work order status, scheduling, and completion updates.
• Follow up on open service requests to ensure timely resolution and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance activities, and service outcomes.
• Route calls and requests to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Handle emergency maintenance situations calmly and efficiently while following established protocols.
• Schedule maintenance appointments and coordinate access to units when required.
• Monitor outstanding work orders and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Provide administrative support to the property management and maintenance departments.
• Assist with tenant communications, notices, and general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Tenant Relations or Real Estate experience

Salary: $60,000-65,000/yr

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
