Position: Staff Accountant

Salary: to $70,000

Location: Brookline - free parking and accessible to public transportation

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

Prepare journal entries
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules.
Manage full cycle accounts receivable - invoicing, collections, cash applications, and donation reconciliations.
Serve as primary contact for communication relating to billing and financial aid.

Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

1+ year(s) experience in an accounting position
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree
