Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Zanesville, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ED - Emergency Department\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 09/21/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, flexible\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Variable, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Sep 21, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a Level III Trauma Center with rotating evening/night shifts, requiring 3+ years of ED experience and Epic EMR proficiency.Details\n \n 13-week assignment in a Level III Trauma Center ED with 38 beds and 2 trauma bays\n One of the top 10 busiest EDs in Ohio\n 36 hours per week on a rotating evening/night shift schedule\n Shifts scheduled either 3PM to 3:30AM or 7PM to 7:30AM\n Every other weekend required\n Holiday rotation required\n On-call is not expected and should be a rare occurrence\n Requirements\n \n Active OH or compact RN license required\n Minimum 3 years of current/recent ED experience or at least 3 completed ED travel assignments\n BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required\n TNCC and ENPC strongly preferred but not required\n Epic EMR experience required for consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Requests for excessive RTO around the holidays will not be approved\n Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-755161.
