Personal Injury Case Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Location: Coral Gables, FL Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join a fast-paced personal injury law firm in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will have experience managing pre‑litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution while providing exceptional client service in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury files from intake through settlement. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the claims process. Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers. Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation. Prepare and assist with demand packages. Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met. Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties as needed. Keep attorneys informed of case progress and assist with case strategy when appropriate. Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience as a Case Manager or Insurance Adjuster. Experience handling pre‑litigation personal injury cases . Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Performance‑based bonus opportunities.
