Labor & Employment Associate Attorney – Florham Park, NJ
Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join a highly respected Am Law firm in its Florham Park, New Jersey office. This partner-track opportunity is designed for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience handling defense-side employment litigation and counseling matters within a sophisticated labor & employment practice.
The ideal candidate will have substantive experience representing employers in a broad range of employment matters, including litigation, workplace counseling, and risk management issues. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases, drafting motions and pleadings, handling discovery, and advising clients on day-to-day employment matters.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- 3–5 years of defense-oriented employment litigation and counseling experience
- Admission to practice in both New Jersey and New York
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- The ability to work collaboratively across offices and practice groups
