An engaging contract opportunity is available providing on-site OT services for a welcoming school community near Gardiner, ME. This role is ideal for a professional seeking flexibility—work just one day per week (your choice of day) with a consistent caseload at a single location.

Your day will include direct services for approximately 11 students, plus time for documentation and collaboration. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and contribute to the growth and well-being of students in the district, ensuring their individual needs are met and progress is supported.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Maine OT Certification
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and adapt interventions for a diverse student population
• Commitment to collaborative practice with families, educators, and support staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services in an elementary school setting, approximately 4 hours per day on-site
• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Consult with teachers and families to embed strategies into the school environment
• Provide indirect service time for paperwork and collaboration
