Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring a Server Assistant to support the work of kitchen staff and servers in the restaurant by ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the flow of restaurant operations. Become Part of Our Team and Enjoy: Paid Time Off for Full-Time employees Paid Sick Time for all employees Medical, Dental, Life and Vision Insurance for Full-Time Employees 401K with Employer Matching GO Hilton Team Member Travel Rewards Key Responsibilities: Assist Servers with table set-up and clean-up Replace dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly Assist in clearing away plates, utensils, and napkins when guests finish their meals Deliver drinks, food, and condiments to tables as directed by servers Ensure that all items ordered are presented to guests quickly and accurately Ensure dining areas, tables, and restrooms are clean and well‑stocked throughout shifts Clean and sanitize menus, table settings, and high‑touch areas as needed Communicate orders and needs with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Assist in food delivery or take‑out orders as necessary Help servers with closing tasks like setting up the dining room for the next shift Clean and reset tables for incoming guests Qualifications: Ability to provide excellent service, ensuring a positive dining experience Ability to work well with servers, kitchen staff, and managers Ensuring all areas of the restaurant are clean, stocked, and organized Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays of food or drinks Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Clear communication with the serving team and kitchen to ensure smooth operations Previous experience in a restaurant setting is required Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us at Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa and be part of something extraordinary! #J-18808-Ljbffr
