Billing Specialist

Billing Specialist
Process routine billing transactions across multiple revenue streams
Execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles
Review pricing, quantities, billing data, and invoice details for accuracy
Prepare and process manual invoices, credits, and billing adjustments
Review customer contracts and service agreements to ensure billing terms are applied correctly
Support billing setup and account maintenance within financial systems
Respond to customer and internal billing inquiries through a shared inbox
Research and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice questions, credit requests, and account issues
Support month-end close activities related to billing and accounts receivable
Monitor billing activity and identify recurring issues or process improvement opportunities
Maintain billing documentation, issue logs, and standard operating procedures
Assist with special projects and additional Finance team initiatives as needed
