TEI Staffing is hiring Sandblasters for full‐time industrial work.
What you’ll do
- Prep and blast metal parts using industrial blasting equipment
- Remove rust, scale, coatings, and surface contaminants
- Work in blasting booths and outdoor blasting areas
- Maintain equipment and follow all PPE/safety procedures
- Assist coating teams with part handling and staging
What we’re looking for
- Sandblasting or industrial painting experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical, fast‐paced environment
- Comfortable working around dust, noise, and industrial equipment
- Reliable, safety‐focused, and able to follow instructions
