Global Benefits Director - Hybrid Phoenix

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director, Global Benefits to design and manage our global employee benefits programs. You will align offerings with workforce needs and support the VP in refining strategy while managing vendor relationships in health, retirement, and related benefits. You will report to the VP of Global Benefits and work from Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid schedule with in-office presence at least three days a week.
