Tax Director OpportunityLocation: Greater Pittsburgh area, PA (hybrid)Compensation: $145,000 - $185,000, depending on experienceA well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Greater Pittsburgh area is looking for a Tax Director to lead a significant portion of its tax practice. You'll serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor, lead and grow teams, and play a key role in the firm's growth, with a path to Partner.What You'll DoLead complex tax engagements and serve as a senior technical resourceProvide final review of sophisticated returns, planning, and researchAdvise business owners and high-net-worth clients on planning and structuringOversee specialty areas such as trusts and estates or multistate tax, as applicableManage practice economics, staffing, and qualityMentor and develop managers and senior managersLead business development and represent the firm in the communityWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation a plus10+ years of tax experience in public accountingActive CPA license (required)Recognized technical depth in business and individual taxationProven leadership of teams and client portfoliosStrong business development and relationship skillsUncompromising integrityWhat's OfferedBase salary of $145,000 - $185,000, depending on experienceExcellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefitsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysHybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity)Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional educationReal opportunities for career advancementHow to ApplyAll applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
