We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Shirley, MA. This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with site leadership and employees to support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and drive effective HR practices across the manufacturing facility.This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of key HR initiatives while also leading and developing one direct reportKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted HR partner to plant leadership, managers, and employees.Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, attendance, workplace concerns, and HR policies.Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational and business goals.Oversee and support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.Coach managers and supervisors on effective people-management practices.Lead performance management processes, including coaching, documentation, and corrective action.Support recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent development efforts.Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, company policies, and applicable regulations.Analyze HR metrics and trends and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.Assist with compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.Lead or support HR projects and initiatives that improve the overall employee experience.Manage, mentor, and provide direction to one direct reportPromote a positive, inclusive, safe, and productive workplace culture.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly fast-paced environment.Must be comfortable communicating and collaborating directly with senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.
