Underwriting Support Supervisor

Supervising a team of underwriting support staff, the full-time Underwriting Support Supervisor will manage workflow processes, ensure service levels, and provide support for producers in a hybrid or remote work environment. Key responsibilities Assigns workload and monitors staff performance to maximize productivity and quality in support of Underwriters Oversees daily operations of underwriting support staff, including performance management and training development Implements quality control procedures and identifies trends to enhance workflow efficiency and staff skills Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is required 2+ years of experience in Underwriting Support 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
