Business Development Manager - Cementing - Drilling and Wireline

Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Well Construction Solutions sector, focusing on the U.S. land (unconventional) market. This role offers an exciting opportunity for former field engineers—specializing in Wireline, Cementing, or related operations—to transition into a client-facing, technical sales leadership position. You will leverage your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions, foster long-term client partnerships, and contribute to expanding market presence in key U.S. basins. This position combines technical know-how with strategic sales acumen to deliver value-driven results and accelerate your professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present tailored technical solutions to clients, utilizing deep knowledge of downhole tools, well construction, and relevant operational processes.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and detailed technical presentations that align with client needs and company objectives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through both formal engagements and informal interactions, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets.
• Identify emerging business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and actively work to broaden the company's market footprint.
• Track and report on performance metrics, market dynamics, and the effectiveness of business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in oilfield services, with at least 3 years of hands-on field operations experience in Wireline, Cementing, Drilling, Completion Tools, or Intervention.
• Strong technical expertise in well construction, drilling, cementing, and well design principles.
• Ability to effectively translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients.
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a personable approach.
• Coachable, motivated, and open to challenging conventional thinking to deliver innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
