Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Massachusetts SLP license and certification
• CCC or CFY candidates welcome
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based settings highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP processes, development of goals, and progress monitoring
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services to students in grades K-8
• Conduct assessments and screeners, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, services provided, and evaluation results
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and support compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
