Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience providing services in school settings
• Familiarity with working with preschool-aged children, especially in both integrated and sub-separate classrooms
• Skilled in developing and implementing goals for students with a wide spectrum of needs
• Experience using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices preferred
• Strong behavior management abilities and collaborative attitude
• Effective communication skills with young children, families, and education teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to Pre-K students
• Assess communication challenges and develop student-specific intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with classroom staff, support teams, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation & contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Tailor therapeutic approaches for students needing assistive technology and behavior supports
