Continuous Improvement Operations Manager Our client near Bridgewater NJ is looking for a Continuous Improvement Operations Manager with pharmaceutical experience to drive efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective operations across manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, and distribution in a GMP environment. The Manager must be able to work onsite 4 days a week and travel occasionally out of state. Responsibilities and Qualifications 5 years of experience identifying operational improvements while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Work with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse operational and team leads to oversee daily operational activities to ensure productivity, quality, and on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate will also be able to introduce analytics tools that improve operational visibility, generate actionable insights from data, and guide teams in building practical data solutions, and build and monitor KPIs. Bachelor's degree. Experience with Six Sigma and other operational methodology methods preferred. Target salary range $110-130k. Compensation Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
