What You’ll Be Trusted To Do Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants through school-aged children Confidently step into new family environments with warmth and professionalism Lead engaging play, creative activities, and structured routines Supervise meals, naps, and transitions with care and intention Maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing atmosphere Communicate clearly with parents and Philia’s team You are not “just filling in.” You are bringing stability to a family’s day.
