Project ManagerThe Project Manager will serve as the owner's advocate and project leader, to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The company partners with third-party general contractors to build their developments, and this role will act as the daily eyes and ears for the ownership team, protecting the company's investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.Key responsibilities include oversight across preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution, while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants. This role will focus on ground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units, with attractive design and finish levels.Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience. Experience managing ground-up multifamily residential construction. Experience working with developers and general contractors is strongly preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.Must be local to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ability to visit job sites and report progress.Ground-up multifamily residential developments. 3–5 story buildings. 160–200 units per project. $40M – $60M per development.Base Salary: $120,000.00 to $160,000.00.
