Customer Service Representative

One of our clients is launching their SaaS product into new states/territory’s, hence they need 3 CSR’s to help with product launch in July. Software is used by car dealerships. Compensation: $20-$25/hourly On-Site: 5 days/week, Tampa, FL (33609) - after launch will have remote flex Duration: 3-6 month contract (IF product launch goes well - all these people will turn to full-time employees) Interview Process: 1 Video with Operations Manager What they want: Strong customer service skills and personality — this is the primary filter Some tech comfort or background is a plus (doesn't need to be deep) Reliable, professional, able to work fully on-site in Tampa SaaS experience (big bonus) Day to Day: Fielding inbound requests from dealership staff on software usage and functionality Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating when needed Providing clear, friendly, patient guidance to users who may not be tech-savvy Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
