Datalink Support Specialist

We will be accepting applications through August 2, 2026 or until filled. Datalink Support Specialist Location: Seattle, WA, United States • Full time • R4185 How will you make a difference? Initiate contact with new customers for service setup, training, and aircraft configuration. Provide service and troubleshooting for various Avionics equipment. Communicate regularly (telephone, email, in-person) with existing customers regarding service enhancements, training & changes. Create & maintain user guides. Support sales team with customer opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of experience in Aviation (FBO, flight department, airline, or other aviation-related business). ~10% travel required. Required Skills, Talents, & Experience Proven strong customer service and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and be flexible in a rapidly changing environment. Initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment. Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience Familiarity and/or experience with aviation datalink communications, desired. Has worked with satellite communications, desired. Knowledge of aircraft avionics, desired. Pilot's license (private or better) preferred.
