About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Participate in daily prep work and special menu items as needed.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste.
• Stay updated on menu offerings and promote new items to customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Passion for food and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid food handler's permit.
